A Beautiful Summer Day

On a beautiful summer day, some of our present congregation gathered outside of church for a group photo. We are so lucky to have such a great church family!

Planting of Shrubs and Church Beautification

On Saturday, August 2nd, many dedicated volunteers pitched in to help beautify our church. It surely was a hot day and all of their hard work transformed the church grounds.

Summer Bible School

We're on a Hero Quest....

In June 2008, the children of First Presbyterian Church in Winneconne experienced Hero Quest, a Summer Bible School adventure. They were detectives, on the lookout for heroes of the Bible.


They made crafts, had delicious snacks...


gathered to sing songs...

and they played games.

But mostly they learned that heroes don't need capes, tools, or magic powers. They need courage, determination, strength, daring, and mostly love -- of course powered by our faith in God!

Pastor Dick Kreager's Commissioning

On Sunday, February 24th our own Dick Kreager became commissioned as Pastor Dick, Lay Minister. We are proud of his efforts in his spiritual journey and are lucky to add Pastor Dick to our church leadership.

Easter Breakfast 2007

We are happy here at First Prebyterian Church in Winneconne to serve a breakfast for our members and community on Easter Sunday. Even better, we are able to serve a breakfast at no cost. The food and service has been donated by our church members.

We had a wonderful time!
















This terrific breakfast would not have been possible without the work of our kitchen crew: Ethan, Milt, Rich, Dennis, Anna, and Dave. Thank you for your hard (but cheerful!) work!

On Sunday, March 11th, the First Presbyterian Church of Winneconne honored retired pastor, Nelson Craig as pastor emeritus of our church. This was a way for the congregation to recognize his efforts as our former pastor for many years.

Hanging of the Greens

At First Presbyterian Church, we are all about pitching in and helping each other. So when it comes time to decorate the church for the Christmas season, we make it an event! Many people came together to help, and the church looked beautiful in no time!
